Do not leave this as a moment you admired — begin walking with Jesus today
If you just trusted Christ, the next question is not whether you can make yourself worthy. The next question is what your first act of faith and obedience will be today.
The Holy Spirit now lives in you. He — not your discipline, effort, or resolve — is the one who makes you new from the inside out (John 3:5–8; Ezekiel 36:26–27). You are not trying harder to become something you are not. You are yielding to someone who has already taken up residence in you (Romans 8:9–11).
Your salvation is not maintained by performance. Every act of obedience that follows is a response to grace — not a payment for it. God, who began this good work in you, is the One who will carry it through to completion (Ephesians 2:8–9; Philippians 1:6).
The goal is not to admire the prayer and then keep browsing. The goal is to take one clear first step with Jesus today, then build a real first month in Scripture, prayer, church life, and obedience while your heart is still awake to Him.
Jesus receives everyone who truly comes to Him
- Today: begin lesson 1 and speak honestly to Jesus about what just happened in your heart.
- Tomorrow: come back for the next lesson before distraction gets the first word.
- This week: read Scripture daily, use the next-steps guides where needed, and plan a real first step toward a healthy church.
- This month: build prayer, Bible, church, and baptism obedience before drift gets a vote.
